Detox day 5.

I am so thankful to have gotten on the right track this week! 2 more days! After the detox, I plan to enjoy Christmas in moderation, and get right back on the simple, clean, natural, whole food kick. It won’t be perfect, but I will do my best to only eat minimally processed foods, cut back on dairy and meat, and only have coffee sometimes. I really have enjoy the switch from coffee to herbal tea. Have a glass of wine for me will ya? :)
