Tuesday Dinner.


I made clam soup! It’s basically clam juice, water, italian herbs, clams, a little sriacha, onions, garlic, pepper, and green beans. So good!

Not the best picture, but sooo yummy. I hate how the oil beads up at the top! I only use 1.5 tbsp for the whole pot!

I also served the most amazing spaghetti squash on the side. I quartered the squash, baked it at 375 until soft, added a bit of coconut oil on top + a piece of monterey jack cheese. Loved it!
