Split up 1 apple into halves.
Deseed/Decore
Sprinkle with some truvia and cinnamon.

Heat oven to 350.
Bake for 30 minutes in a bake safe dish.

Serve with a few ounces of vanilla greek yogurt, sprinkle of crushed walnuts, and extra cinnamon.
