Healthier Egg Salad.

This makes 2-4 servings depend on how much salad you use per pita!

4 hard boiled eggs ( i just bought the already boiled ones)
1 heaping tbsp of greek yogurt maybe a little bit more depending on how creamy you like it.
1 tsp of mustard
3 large olives chopped
garlic powder
sea salt
pepper
paprika
^all to taste

Cut and dice eggs. Dice olives. Add to bowl with the yogurt, mustard, and rest of the seasonings. Play around! Mix well.

I toasted a whole wheat pita and added the salad to the top. You could use a wrap, piece of toast, or plain.

It is full of flavor, and the only fat you are getting is from the egg. No heavy mayo weighing it down!
