What I used-
1 tbsp of peanut butter
1/2 a banana sliced thin
1 la tortilla whole wheat wrap low carb high fiber
Spread peanut butter over entire wrap. Add sliced bananas to half. Fold over like a quesadilla. Heat on low heat in a non stick spray. Flip over and make sure it’s brown on each side.
