For the fruits/veggies I always try to buy organic, but do the best you can! It doesn’t always work out that way.
Romaine Hearts (I buy the 3 to a bunch wash and chop myself)
Tomato (cherry/grape in the pints, also i love heirlooms and roma by the pound)
Bag of yellow onions
Florida Avocado (obviously if you can’t find these Hass/California avocado works also)
Some form of squash. Summer Acorn Butternut or Spaghetti works just fine
Fresh Cilantro, Dill.
1 Bunch of Bananas
Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla almond milk
So delicious organic coconut milk
Wild Salmon Filet
1-2 lbs of shrimp
Organic Chicken Breast
Tuna in pouches
Clams in cans
Greek yogurt (I am in love with chobani.. vanilla, lemon are my favorite)
Japanese Noodles (udon somen)
Beans (Red Kidney, Gorbanzo, Great Northern)
Of course I don’t get all of this every time I go shopping. I rely on my pantry a lot to help me stretch meals. USE WHAT YOU HAVE.
