I believe I have found the most perfect breakfast on earth. This breakfast is cheap, easy to cook, versatile, and yummy. OATS! Filled with fiber, healthy carbs, protein, and minerals- oatmeal is always a good choice. They contain 0 sodium. The health benefits associated with eating oatmeal= amazing. Lowering cholesterol, blood pressure, and helping the body to be more energized are just a few. There are a million different ways to eat oats. Here are a few of my favorite ways.
Take 1/2 cup of dried whole oats. Add 1 splash of milk of choice. Stir. Add some greek yogurt to that. Mix well and serve with fresh sliced fruit on top. You will be in yogurt mess heaven. Good Carb/ High protein breakfast that will keep you full for hours.
Cook oats according to package. Add protein powder and whatever toppings you want.
Add a serving of oats to a smoothie to help keep you full for hours.
