Elliptical Loving.


The elliptical machine is great for low impact cardio. I lost at least the first 40 lbs of weight by using my Schwinn machine.

I always make sure to use the arms so I can work both my arms and legs. Also, keep in mind that going in reverse and forward helps to work different sets of muscles! Try this workout!

This workout is for 30 minutes.

  1. Warm up for 5 minutes.
  2. Next 5 minutes switch to reverse elliptical– moderate pace.
  3. Next 5 minutes switch to front elliptical– moderate pace.
  4. Next 5 minutes switch to reverse elliptical– high intensity pace.
  5. Next 5 minutes switch to front elliptical– high intensity pace.
  6. Last 5 minutes cool down.
