Buffalo Chicken Wraps.


1 chicken breast
1 tbsp or so of hot sauce
3 large romaine leaves
2 tbsp of bleu cheese
optional easy peezy ranch dressing

This is seriously simple. Cut chicken into bite sized chunks. Toss with hot sauce of choice. Saute over low heat until finished. Make a little platter. Wash and dry large romaine leaves. Put a few tbsp of blue cheese on the side. You can serve some ranch on the side if you like. ( 2 tbsp of plain greek yogurt and 1 tbsp of ranch hidden valley seasoning). Plate and enjoy. Make wraps however you want! Basically carb free, and so easy. This took me like 10 minutes to make. Enjoy!
