2 oz of soba noodles. (made from buckwheat.. so yummy– you can find it in the international supermarket aisle)
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of evoo
1 serving of canned clams
Heat tbsp of extra virgin olive oil on low heat. Add diced garlic. Let it cook through until almost soft. Add clam juice from can to mixture. Bring to a slight boil. Add clams. Let cook through for about 2-3 minutes.
Add to cooked soba noodles. (You just boil them for 5 minutes)
You can add a bit of cheese if you like, I added some parm.
