Smoked Salmon Salad. Published on July 7, 2012July 7, 2012 by GraceGotHealthy I wilted spinach down in a warm pan and added 2 oz of smoked salmon to the top. Seasoned it with garlic powder, sea salt and pepper + a squirt of fresh lemon. Added a tsp of parm and lemon goddess to this dish also. Spectacular.
