I am a very visual person. For the past 4 months I have been using a clipboard to keep my schedule. I write down everything! My chores, my social agenda, my water intake, my fitness, and of course all of my meal ideas.

This really helps keep me on task. Being organized is a big part of this journey. You can’t half ass it!!

Get a journal, a composition book, or even just use a binder or clipboard and start tracking! You can use all of the information for motivation later on.

Just plan it!
