Asian Salmon


4 filets of salmon (or 1 large filet)
2 cloves of garlic diced
1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp of garlic gold nuggets (organic aisle– it is roasted garlic chunks)
1 tbsp of reduced soy sauce
lemon
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350.

Rub extra virgin olive oil evenly over salmon.
Sprinkle soy sauce over fish.
Add diced garlic on top of salmon + season with sea salt + pepper + garlic gold.
Slice lemon. Place lemon slices all over.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until finished.
