You can use any fish you want for this salad. I am using Mahi. I try to make all of the salads I eat spectacular. Just because we are eating healthy, does not mean we have to eat boring salads!
What I used-
1/2 bag of salad mix
1/2 cup of shredded cabbage
3.5 oz of mahi
healthier homemade ranch dressing
Bake fish at 350 for 20 or so minutes. I use old bay blackening seasoning. This gives the fish a nice taste.
Assemble salad. Lettuce, cabbage, carrots, onion, tomato. Add baked fish to top. Add the dressing and croutons. Yum! A simple seafood salad. High protein. Low fat. Awesome healthy lunch.
