What I used–
Handful of cherry tomatoes halved
1 oz of mozz cheese cubed
2 tbsp of cilantro
1.5 tbsp of b vin
1 tbsp of evoo
pepper
2 tbsp of onion
Half tomatoes. Chop onion. Chop cilantro. Add all of those to a small dish. Add b vin + evoo + pepper. Stir. Serve over lettuce.
