Chicken Burgers with a twist.

What you need for 4 burgers-
1 16 oz package of ground chicken (I use Organic Murrays brand)
1/2 cup of chopped spinach
1 egg or 1/4 cup eggwhites
2 garlic cloves diced
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
1/4 cup of cheese of choice (I am using cheddar/jack)
Garlic Powder to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Minced Onion

Mix all of the ingredients above. Form into 4 regular sized patties.
Warm up a large saute pan with a touch of extra virgin olive oil, or non stick spray.
Let cook through about 5-6 minutes a side.

Serve on a wrap, roll, romaine leaf, or by itself. Perfect with some veggies on the side.

This burger is savory, and saves you a ton of fat by using chicken instead of beef!
