Chicken Club salad (per salad)
- 3.5 oz of rotisserie chicken
- shredded carrots
- diced onion
- thin slices of part skim mozzeralla
- tomato slices
- 1.5 cups of mixed greens
- 1 tbsp of bacon pieces
To make the olive dressing you just mix 1-2 tbsp of evoo, balsamic vinegrette, oregano, salt, pepper, and chopped olives. It makes the BEST dressing ever!!
