Deviled egg salad for two.
2 hardboiled eggs chopped
1/2 cup of egg-whites cooked and chopped
3 tbsp of onion
1 tsp of yellow mustard
2-3 tbsp of plain greek yogurt
Chili Powder to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1 tsp of horseradish
1 tsp of garlic chili hot sauce
1 tbsp of herbs of choice
Paprika for color
Cook eggs and cool. Chop. Add wet ingredients + onion + spices. Stir and taste. I don’t measure this recipe ever! In fact I change it every single time I make it. I encourage you to add whatever spices you want!
Served with on a bed of arugula spinach mix with some fresh cherry tomatoes. Super low carb and yummy! Oh and low fat!!!
