1/2 cup of rolled oats (or whatever kind of oats you like)
1 scoop of chocolate whey protein
1/2 a banana sliced up
sprinkle of walnuts
splash of coconut milk
1 truvia or sweetener of choice
Cook oats how you normally would. Add a splash of milk (I use coconut) Stir. Add in protein powder. Top with sliced banana + walnuts.
Yummy. This keeps me full for hours!
