Too busy to make a healthy breakfast? Making excuses to grab a quick bite at a fast food joint? Save yourself the time and money! Make OVERNIGHT messy oats.
In a bowl all you need is–
1/2 cup of oats
1 chobani greek yogurt or yogurt of choice
1/2 cup of fruit of choice
1 splash of almond/coconut/cow milk to moisten the oats.
Simply mix all of the ingredients above in a bowl. Cover. Place in fridge overnight. Bam. This meal keeps me full for literally hours. No brainer! If you forget to make it the night before, just know you can always make it in the morning. It only takes about 2 minutes I promise.
