What I used-
1 egg
1/2 cup egg whites
1 oz of deli turkey
5 large mushrooms slices
handful of spinach
1 tbsp mozzarella
chili powder, black pepper, and garlic powder
To start- Sautee mushrooms and spinach with some non stick spray on the stove. Once they cook through remove from pan. Mix egg + eggwhites together and throw into same pan. Make sure the pan has spray in it so the eggs wont stick. Once the egg is down, season with some black pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder. Add spinach, mushroom, turkey, mozz to one side of omelet. Continue cooking. Once firm enough fold half over. Make sure everything is all done inside, and serve!
So good. Low fat, filled with protein, and AMAZING
