Shrimp Taco Bowls.

What you need for 2 servings-
1/2 lb of shrimp
Old bay
1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
2 cups of romaine hearts
2 cups of shredded cabbage
1/2 cup of shredded cheese of choice
2 whole wheat wraps
Red Onions
Lime Juice
Plain greek yogurt for sour cream

First you want to prep.
Dice tomatoes, onion, cilantro, garlic. Get lettuce/cabbage mixture together and ready. Measure cheese and put all of the toppings in the fridge.

For the bowls-
Take a oven safe bowl and add a wrap to it. Fit it inside of the bowl and make whatever shape you want. Bake it in the oven at 350 until crispy.

For the shrimp- Peel, devein, + season with old bay. Sautee on 3-4 heat with a tsp of evoo. Only about 3 minutes a side.

When the tortilla shells are crispy you can start building your bowl.

Add the cabbage/lettuce. Add shrimp. Add the diced tomato, onion, cilantro, cheese, and greek yogurt if you want for sour cream. Also add some fresh lime juice.


I actually ended up using mango, tomato, onion, cilantro, lime, and garlic together- awesome salsa!
