Pump-King Protein Oats.



Pump-King Protein Oats with Walnuts!
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup pump-king
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 splash of coconut milk
Handful of walnuts
3 shakes of cinnamon

Cook Oats on stove. I used water and a dash of salt. I used to cook them with coconut milk or almond milk, but now I just save the calories!

Once oats are finished add in the pump-king, protein powder, cinnamon, and splash of coconut/almond/cow milk. Stir.

Top with walnuts and enjoy!

374 Calories
5 grams of Fat
33 grams of protein
45 carbs.

This is a well balanced meal. It takes under 10 minutes to make. It will leave you full for hours!
