Simple Green Monster.


Simple and filling. I love starting my day off with a nice big ass cup of spinach.

Per smoothie
1 scoop of whey protein
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup coconut milk or milk of choice
1.5 cup of spinach.

Blend and enjoy!
