I mix 1 package of albacore tuna with a few tbsp of greek yogurt. Add in chopped red bell pepper, onion, some garlic powder, pepper, sea salt, and horseradish. Healthier tuna salad is yummy. You get lots of protein and NO fat! Screw mayonaise!
This salad had healthier tuna salad, black beans, avocado, tomato, onions, carrots, more red bell pepper, mushrooms, romaine, spinach, and a bit of organic ranch on the side. I also added in 1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese. This salad will leave me full for hours.
