I got this recipe from http://www.blogilates.com. I guess they are called tone it up pancakes? Not really sure what/who that is but these pancakes are AWESOME. They do not even need syrup. Here is the recipe.
1/2 banana
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup of egg whites
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp ground flax
2 tbsp almond milk
Mash banana and stir in other ingredients. Using non stick spray, add a dollop of batter to a hot stove. YUM!
Tone it up pancakes.
