I am so excited! I have lost two pounds this week. I changed up my style of eating. I have been eating 3 meals, 2 snacks, and working out every single day. It feels great to know that I got my groove back.
What a great way to start my FRIDAY! Here was my breakfast for the day. A smoothie with 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 1 cup of almond/coconut milk, 1/2 cup of oats, 1 coconut greek yogurt, and 1 tbsp of ground flax seeds. Healthy carbs, protein, and fat!
