Just a little swimmy swim swim.


This week is the start of mini lobster season. What does that mean? The most inexperienced, and rudest boaters in all of the land flood to the keys. For you guessed it. Lobsters. We call them the lobster mobsters! I was unsure if I should even swim in our canal due to this, but I proceeded ahead! I swam for about 30 minutes. I worked on my front stroke, breast stroke, and back stroke. For each lap I completed I did 10 chin ups from the tallest part of my boat. I am hoping to be super sore in the morning! 30 minutes is plenty of time to get a great workout in. I hope everyone says active this week. Just try 30 minutes a day 🙂
