A day in the life of G.


Breakfast- 1/2 cup rolled oats topped with 1/2 a banana, cinnamon, 1 tbsp of ground flax, and a splash of almond milk.

Lunch- 2 cups of organic romaine lettuce. 4 oz of grilled chicken, rainier cherries, tomatoes, onions, creamy poppyseed dressing.

Snack- 1/2 cup peaches + 1/2 cup blueberries mixed into chocolate amazing meal with 1/2 cup of almond/coconut milk.

Dinner- 4 oz of extra lean flat iron steak. Topped with grilled peppers, onions, and mushrooms.20120724-200246.jpg


45 minutes of cycling. Resistent levels between 8-13.

Squats, Planks, and Pushups also.

I got in around 5000 steps today also. Feeling super good. Drank over 1 gallon of water also.
