Simple Eggy Bakes.

Egg Whites, chopped green peppers, tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, turkey, mozzarella are mixted together, poured in a rameken, and baked at 350 for about 20 minutes. Super tasty, and low fat. Feel free to put any kind of veggies or protein you want inside! Enjoy. I also topped mine with a little bit of sriracha. YUM!
