Friday Weigh-in.


Got on the scale this morning. Down 2.2 lbs this week! That makes for a total of -4.7 since July 20. So glad I am back on the right track. This means out of the 80 I originally lost, I have gained back 30. Now yeah to lose that 30 and 30 more. I can do this. My journey has not been perfect, but neither am I. I am just thankful I have maintained my 50 lb loss! 50 lbs is still a huge number. How did you do this week? Leave a comment.
