Oh elliptical my old friend. I used to only be able to do 6 minutes at a time!! I built my way up, and was doing up to 65 minutes at a time. Cardio overload! I decided today to do 30 minutes of high intensity training. I picked a harder course ranging from 1-8 and started. Every few minutes I would go super hard, raise my heart rate up and back off. Repeat. I got a great workout in half of the time! Covered in sweat! 🙂
