Food Journal August 9, 2012.

1/2 cup eggwhites mixed with 1/2 a slice of swiss cheese, ground turkey, and sriracha.

1 package of lemongrass/chili instant soup with rice noodles, and I added shrimp. Not bad for 2.5 grams of fat and 260 calories.


Dinner salad with 4 oz chicken, avocado, tomato, onion, yellow pepper, field greens, yogurt based ranch, and 1 tbsp of bacon bits 😉

156 oz of h2o done!

Was pretty productive today. Cleaned and organized the fridge, plus got the entire yard cut PERFECTLY! Have a great night guys.
