Productive Monday.

I love being productive. Today was one of those days. Here is what I got done-

  • Swept carport and floors
  • Washed bedding and 1 other load of clothes
  • Baited the crab trap, and set out two other traps
  • Organized drawers
  • Did a mini haul at the grocery store
  • 30 day shred

Yay. It’s our last day of vacation! Boo! 😦

Breakfast- 1 frozen small banana, 1 package of flawless whey, 1 tbsp of pb.

Lunch was a fiesta salad. 3 oz of shrimp, 1/2 cup black beans, 2 cups of green leaf lettuce, 1 stick of extra sharp reduced fat cheese, sauteed green peppers, homemade salsa, and plain chobani greek yogurt. Total calories 350, 35 grams of protein, and 6 grams of fat. I am doing a salad a day challenge. So this is day 1.

For dinner my lower fat version of margherita pie. Thin crust with olive oil, garlic, low fat ricotta, fresh ripe tomato slices, and mozzarella. This is kind of like our farewell vacation dinner.
