Salad day 2. The star of the show? Smoked Salmon.

In the mix-

  • 2 cups of chopped romaine blend
  • 2 oz of smoked Maine salmon
  • diced carrot
  • diced onion
  • diced green pepper
  • shaved parmesan
  • 2 tbsp of yogurt based ranch dressing
