I am sore as well, I can feel many muscles, and I am shocked because I have been working out with weights and running, but obviously Jillian finds muscles I wasn’t working well enough. 🙂 Reply
Day 3, just completed 30 minutes on the Elliptical and Jillian Cardio, I might not be walking properly later. 🙂 But I feel great right now Reply
