15 Healthy Snacks.

1. 2 tbsp of hummus stuffed into hardboiled egg whites. Remove yolk. Add toppings of choice. I like themes! Italian, mexican, asian. Think different seasonings and chopped veggies. So yum.

2. String cheese and a piece of fruit.

3.1 tbsp of nut butter smeared into celery sticks.

4. 3 oz of plain greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey + a tbsp of walnuts.

5. 2 tbsp of hummus served with carrot sticks, raw bell pepper slices.

6. 1 of mozzarella sliced and added to top of tomato slices and broiled.

7. 2 slices of turkey wrapped up with mustard, cheese, pickles.

8. Chobani 0% fat fruit cup and 1/4 cup of fresh fruit added.

9. 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup of frozen fruit shake.

10. Fresh homemade salsa (tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno) and 1 serving of organic blue corn tortilla chips.

11. 2 oz of ham, 1 oz of cheddar, few slices of apple all rolled up together.

12. Fresh fruit or vegetable juice (watch out for sugars).

13. Pistachios and String cheese.

14. 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter frozen into pops. (Just melt pb, coat banana, and stick in fridge for 30 minutes).

15. Edamame.
