1 organic egg, 1/4 cup eggwhites, 1 medium mushroom, handful of spinach, 1 slice of tomato, 1 oz of mozzarella, 50 g of chopped avocado.

Breakfast rocked this morning! I have eaten every single meal in since last Sunday. That makes 31 homemade healthy meals not counting snacks. Rock on!

I keep hearing thunder rumble in the background. It has been cloudy and overcast in the Keys this week. I don’t mind. I love rain! Catch you guys in a bit.Β
