I had ten miles on the bike planned for this morning.I sooooo did not want to workout after I got up! I was just not feeling it. My husband reminded me how good I would feel after, so I soldiered up and got ready. I am so glad I went. It was the first cool-ish bike ride. I was actually shivering at some points with the chilly breeze. It was a nice strong ride. Here are some sights from along the way.
and this guy appeared out of nowhere! Normally I wouldn’t fret, but this is the time of year when the bucks are acting a bit crazy. I calmly got on my bike and rode like the wind. Note to self– Must clean up all that trash! Stupid litterers!

I plan on biking every single day the rest of the week. Every workout will be a wonderful ADVENTURE.
