- Breakfast- 1.5 organic eggs, 2 oz of stone crab meat, green onions, roasted peppers, 1/8 cup of 2% mexican cheese.
- 1/2 a package of flawless whey protein mixed with unsweetened almond milk (no picture).
- Lunch- Leftover Mexican turkey burgers topped with tomato, 2 tbsp of guacamole, and 1/2 a cup of black beans.
- Dinner- 3.5 oz of honey pecan bbq grilled natural organic chicken breast, 1/2 of a serving of zucchini souffle, 1/2 cup of sweet mashed potatoes, and 1 cup of squash roasted in a bit of coconut oil.
