  • 1 Banana flour free cinnamon muffin 210 cals, 10 grams of protein. +3 oz of vanilla chobani with cinnamon on top.
  • Lunch- 1 cup mango, 1 cup strawberries, 1 package of flawless whey protein powder vanilla, and 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil.
  • Snack- 2 tbsp hummus stuffed into mini sweet bell peppers + a handful of cocoa almonds.
  • Dinner- Leftover organic pecan BBQ chicken, 1.5 cups of organic steamed broccoli+1/4 cup of mozzarella, 100 g of red potato topped with fresh green onions and chobani yogurt for sour cream.
