  • Breakfast- 3/4 cup off all egg whites + green/black olives + tomato + a sprinkle of parm. 1 Banana.
  • Lunch- Leftover center chop on a salad with tomato, red onion, avocado, creamy balsamic.
  • Snack- Jalapeno cheese stick + 2 sesame wasa crackers.
  • Dinner- flat-out pizzas with homemade pulled bbq chicken, red onions, tomato, and mozzarella.
