  • Breakfast- 1 plain chobani, 1 grapefruit no sugar.
  • Lunch- Hot ham and cheese sammy. Kinda trashy, but good! 🙂 I added tomato 🙂
  • Snack- 1 oz of cocoa almonds.
  • Dinner- Lettuce wrapped burger with zucchini.
