Start of “detox” Day 1.

I am not detoxing detoxing. No crazy meals or pills. I am simply trying to eat as clean and nutritional as possible. I am using this as my guideline-

Basically giving up coffee and most processed foods for seven days. Today has been a success. I have a lot more energy.

I woke up and had-

1 cup of warm water with key lime juice.

Breakfast was 1/2 cup of blueberries, raw kale, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, and 1 scoop of amazing greens.563596_307626759338525_2062652738_n (1)


Lunch was 4 oz of organic chicken on top of a mix of “supergreens” which include red and green chard, arugula, and spinach + carrots, peppers , onions, tomatoes, mushrooms. 1.5 tbsp of Drews natural dressing.563800_307703239330877_900161260_n


Dinner was homemade cream of asparagus. Made with asparagus, onion, garlic, veggie stock, bit of whole milk, and sea salt + pepper.533548_307762522658282_603300077_n

For exercise I got 2 hours of cutting the grass in. Kinda lame, but it was a good workout! I have drank about 128 oz of water throughout the day. Bring on day 2!
