I am so thankful to have gotten on the right track this week! 2 more days! After the detox, I plan to enjoy Christmas in moderation, and get right back on the simple, clean, natural, whole food kick. It won’t be perfect, but I will do my best to only eat minimally processed foods, cut back on dairy and meat, and only have coffee sometimes. I really have enjoy the switch from coffee to herbal tea. I get just enough caffeine to jump start my day, without being up all night! Anyways, I hope you all have a wonderful Friday evening. I will be sober sam over here! Started off with the usual. 34 oz of water, herbal tea, and warm lemon water.
Breakfast- 1 small frozen banana, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, 1 large scoop of amazing meal protein, and 1/2 scoop of flawless science chocolate whey.
Lunch- A huge pile of spring mix lettuce, 2 heaping tablespoons of roasted garlic hummus, chopped carrots, onions, tomato, a handful of craisins, and a handful of sunflower seeds. Drew’s natural dressing as a drizzle.
Snack- “Summertime mojito” juice. Made with cucumber, lime, orange, and mint.
Dinner- 4 oz of wild Alaskan smoked salmon + with a side of spinach + roasted veggies.
Fitness- Outside work (30 minutes) + 30 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical.
Water- 115 oz.
