New Year. New Projects.

I want to wish everyone a healthy, happy, and wonderful New Year! I am proud to announce a new blog project I am working on–

It is a healthy living blog shared by two other amazing bloggers. We will share recipes, inspiration, motivation, and our hearts. Make sure you follow us!

I started off the New Year with some yummy eats–

Breakfast! 1 extra small frozen banana, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and 1 vanilla yoplait greek yogurt mixed smoothie. Topped with a bit of extra chia seeds + a few dark chocolate roasted almonds. Calories 260. Protein 18. Super easy and good!

  1. I love seeing all the photos you post on your blog- I am so jealous of all the fresh fruit and veg etc that you buy, it all looks wonderful.
    In Scotland so much is seasonal that it can be hard to buy variety throughout the year (or if seasonal fruit/veg is available it is often lacking in flavour)
