Two week update.

I have really been working hard the past two weeks. I still haven’t weighed myself, but I know that my body composition is changing. My face is much thinner, some back fat is going away, and my stomach is getting some nice cuts in it again. I feel like the past year I have been all over the place with my weight loss. I finally think I have gotten back into a really good headspace. I have been concentrating on eating a ton of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and lean proteins. Along with my organic fruit/veggie share, we have been eating super balanced meals.

I aim for 5-6 miles a day. It’s free! It relaxes me! I love walking. I do strength training twice a week on Tuesday and Thursdays. Basically that is all I have been doing. I am going to weigh in once a month just so I know where I am out. Realistically I just want to weigh between 175-180 pounds to start and go from there. Wherever you are at in your journey, keep fighting! It’s really about doing what you know works. Don’t overcomplicate your journey.
