There are so many fun was you dress this up … use your imagination.  If you are paleo … skip the cheese and add the butta.  Yeah, babeey … it could be so good if ya added some cooked meat!  hahahaha … ideas are endless.  Oh and there is always bacon and goat cheese.  help me!! Zucchini Pizza Bites…a quick, tasty, low-carb snack

1 small zucchini, sliced 1/4″ thick

1-8 oz. can crushed tomatoes(or marinara sauce)

sauteed garlic, 2 cloves minced

salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 tsp dried basil

1/2 cup mushrooms(optional)
