Okay it’s that time of the month. TMI I know, but I have a remedy for those horrible cramps. My sister encouraged me to make this tea, and it helps SO much. All you need is your favorite kind of tea, and raw ginger OR even powdered ginger works. Make tea as usual. Add 1-2 tbsp of raw or powdered ginger. Stir well. It’s going to be spicy! It may even make you sweat. In which case GOOD that means it’s working!! I promise you this really works!!!!!
