Smoked Salmon Summer Rolls.

Spring roll skins
Smoked salmon
Matchstick carrots
Steamed and cooled asparagus
Green onions
Red butter lead lettuce

Wet spring roll wrapper. Put on clean surface. Add ingredients. Tuck in at sides and roll.


Cut in half and enjoy! You could use any dipping sauce you like. I will use a honey ginger soy sauce.

You can also use whatever veggies you like. A good addition might be avocado or a smidgen of cream cheese!
